We recently connected with The Jewish Federation’s Orr Shalom foster program for disadvantaged youth in Israel. They wrote us this great letter after we gave them some quilts.
“Dear Dean,
Today we had the pleasure of visiting the Jewish Federation supported program Orr Shalom. Orr Shalom is a foster program for disadvantaged youth in Israel, they care for about 1,400 children.
We had the opportunity to meet some of the children who benefit from this program. Our Israel360 participants presented the children with the blankets you so generously donated. By Israeli law, the children are unable to be photographed for their own safety, but attached is a photo of our group with the Director of the Orr Shalom facility we went to.
