Mr. Williams has over 30 years of executive management and senior leadership positions in both the non-profit and for profit sectors in the financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, higher- education and risk management/security industries. He has held senior level counsel positions as an attorney with John Hancock Financial Services, the Prudential Insurance Company, Raptor Global Services and other companies providing legal advice and counsel to management and employees in the United States and abroad.
In the non-profit sector, Mr. Williams has held positions with Colgate University, Boston University, The Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Foundation and other nonprofits with both hands-on and management responsibility for all pillars of foundation fundraising in the Eastern United States including major/principal gifts, government/corporate grants, corporate and foundation relations, planned gifts and annual giving. He has successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive development program leading to expanded fundraising activities and increased philanthropic support while creating a “culture of philanthropy” among constituencies at the non-profit organizations he has served.
